摘　　要：邓小平被国际社会公认为最杰出的国际战略家之一,他所提出的一系列国际战略思想,特别是在中美关系战略的制定和运用上,充分体现了非凡的外交艺术,成为稳定和发展中美关系的指导原则。Deng Xiaoping enjoyed high reputation as a great international strategist. In his strategic considerations, Deng placed prime emphasis on Sino-US relations. With extraordinary courage and insight, Deng showed the diplomatic art of his own and the charisma of a great strategist in developing and adjusting Sino-US relations. No matter how Sino-US relations are developing today, Deng′s strategic considerations still serve as the guiding principle for the development of Sino-US relations.
