摘 要:东北红豆杉扦插苗幼茎愈伤组织的诱导频率B5 -B组 ( 86.7% ) >MS -A组 ( 60 .2 % ) >MS -B组 ( 3 7.0 % ) .MS培养基中 2 ,4 -D和NAA同时存在时 ,愈伤组织诱导效果比不含NAA的要好 1 .5~ 2倍 .MS培养基是愈伤组织生长的适宜培养基 .经过几代的继代培养 ,愈伤组织的生长周期由 3 5~ 4 0d缩短为 1 5~ 1 8d .红豆杉树与扦插苗间、树的不同个体间 ,甚至同一树不同部位的幼茎在愈伤组织诱导及生长方面都存在较大差异 .Inducing frequency of calli from young stems of cutting plantlets of Taxus cuspidata as explants on the different media was 86.7%(B 5-B),60.2%(MS-A)and 37.0%(MS-B),respectively.On the MS medium with 2,4-D and NAA,the inducing frequency of call was 1.5~2 times higher than that on the MS medium only with 2,4-D.Results also showed that MS medium was good for calli to grow on.The growth cycles of calli reduced from 35~40 days to 15~18 days during subculture.There were some differences of inducing frequency and growth rate of calli from young stems between trees and cutting plantlets,between the trees and even from different branches of the same trees.
