摘　　要：目的 :观察和评价 Orion及 Zephir两种锁定型钢板在颈椎外科的应用价值和作用。方法 :对 13例颈椎疾病与损伤患者行颈前路减压、植骨融合 ,采用 Orion或 Zephir内固定。结果 :13例中 1例颈椎骨折脱位术后第 10 d死于呼吸衰竭 ,余 12例获半年以上平均 8.6个月随访。除 3例 Frankel A级脊髓损伤患者截瘫无恢复外 ,余病人术后神经功能有不同程度恢复 ,植骨块在 3个月时获骨性愈合。无一例发生钢板断裂 ,螺钉松动等并发症。结论 :Orion及Zephir钢板操作简便 ,能提供固定节段的有效稳定 ,利于植骨块愈合。对颈椎外伤 。Obiective:TO evaluate the value of Orion and Zephir locking plates in cervical surgery.Methods:13 cases of cervical affection and injury were treated by anterior decompression,bone graft fusion,fixation using Orion or Zephir plates.Resulte:1 case of cervical dislocation die of respiratory failure 10 days after the operation.12 cases were followed-up over 6 months,average period was 8.6 months.Among them were 3 cases of myelon injury with Frankel score A level paraplegia were not relief.Others recovered in vary degrees.Solid fusion were obtained in 3 months and there were no complications related to plate breaking and screw loosening.Conclusion:Orion and Zephir plates are convenient to manipulate and can keep vertebra stable and favourable to osteanagenesis.They have important clinical value in treatment of cervical injury,opisthoporeia and vertebra tumor.
