摘　　要：目的 :探讨利用螺旋 CT重建图像、配合椎间盘镜急诊治疗腰椎间盘脱出症。方法 :对 8例慢性腰腿痛突发性加剧伴二便功能障碍的病人 ,在突出间隙横断位扫描后 ,进行矢状位、冠状位图像重建。对确诊腰椎间盘脱出症病人急诊采用 MED手术。结果 :8例病人术后 3 d肌力开始恢复 ,一个月二便恢复正常。半年功能全部恢复 ,经一年以上随访 ,病人全部恢复正常工作。结论 :三维重建对腰间盘脱出症有重要的诊断价值 ,可提供平片不易得到的解剖学信息 ,为急诊Objective:To investigate emergency operation using Microendoscopic Discectomy(MED) according to screw CT fings for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.methods:Eight cases diagnosed hernited disc complained of chronic lumbocrural pain and sudden exacerbation accompanying dysfunction of urinary and fecal were examined sagittal as well as coronary reconstruction were done after axial scanning in all cases.All cases diagnosed hernited disc underwent emergency operation using MRD.Results:All patient′s myodynamia began to rccover after operation 3 days.And urinary and fecal recovered to normal in one month and the function complete convalescence in six nonths.Eight cases were followed for one year,all patients returned to work position.Conclusion:Three dimensional reconstruction is a useful technique for diagnosing herniated disc because it can provide anatomic information not readily derived from plain films or axial CT scans.It is helpful for emergency operation herniated lumbar disc using MED According to screw CT film.
