摘　　要：目的 :对掌指骨骨折应用铁丝夹板牵引治疗方法进行探讨。方法 :对 3 72例 468个掌指骨骨折选择性地应用铁丝夹板的牵引整复固定治疗。结果 :所有患指无一例感染坏死、骨折延迟愈合或不愈合 ,功能恢复良好 ,疗效满意 ,总优良率 92 .5 %。结论 :铁丝夹板牵引、固定治疗掌指骨骨折是一种较好的方法 ,操作简便 ,创伤小 ,对严重粉碎性骨折、斜形骨折及开放性骨折手术后的患者进行牵引、外固定 。Objective:To discuss the effect of iron-wire splint in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.methods:372 patients with 468 metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated with the technique of iron wire splint.Results:all cases healed without infection,avascalar nesrosis,delayed union and non-union.The excellent and good result rates is 92.5%.Conclusion:The technique of iron wire splint is a good method for the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures especially for serious comminuted fractures oblique fractures and open fractures.It can also be used in patients after open reduction and internal fixation for traction and immobilization.
