摘　　要：目的 :探讨治疗腕舟骨陈旧性骨折骨不连的手术方法。方法 :对 16例腕舟骨陈旧性骨折骨不连采用带筋膜蒂逆行桡骨茎突骨瓣移植治疗的手术方法。结果 ;术后随访 6～ 2 4个月 ,腕部疼痛及无力症状均消失。术后 2～ 3月 X线片示骨折均骨折愈合。结论 :带筋膜蒂的桡骨茎突骨瓣移植治疗腕舟骨骨不连 ,操作简单 。Objective:To investigate the surgical procedures for treatment of scaphoid nonuion.Methods:16 cases of old scaphoid fracture nonunion were treated up by transplantation of reversed fascia pedicle bone graft from styloid process of the radius.The patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months postoperatively.Results:Wrist pain and weakness disappeared in all cases.Bony union proved by X-ray was achieved within 2 to 3 months in 16 cases.Conclusions:Transplantation of reversed fascia pedicle styloid process graft from the radius for treatment of scaphoid nonunion have such advantages as simple manipulation,potent osteogenic effect,and promotion of fracture healing.
