老年男女性椎体pQCT测定的对比分析研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究老年 T3 至 L5椎体骨矿物含量 ,骨密度 ,椎体横断面面积及皮质骨厚度。方法 :用外周骨定量 CT(p QCT)仪测量 40具老年尸体 60 0个椎体的总骨矿物含量 ,总骨密度 ,松质骨矿物含量 ,松质骨密度 ,皮质下骨矿物含量 ,皮质下骨密度 ,椎体横断面总面积 ,松质骨面积 ,皮质下骨面积 ,皮质骨面积及皮质骨厚度。结果 :T3 至 L5椎体总骨密度男性 199.93 mg/cm3 ～ 2 0 6.0 3 mg/cm3 ,女性为 178.3 8mg/cm3 ～ 182 .5 2 mg/cm3 ,男性高于女性 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;松质骨密度男性为 12 9.0 1mg/cm3～ 13 2 .2 4mg/cm3 ,女性为 12 6.64 mg/cm3～ 12 9.62 mg/cm3 ,两性别间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;皮质下骨密度男性为 45 2 .3 2 mg/cm3 ～ 461.94mg/cm3 ,女性为 45 5 .0 0 mg/cm3 ～ 463 .72 mg/cm3 ,两性别间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;皮质骨密度男性为 744 .2 8mg/cm3 ～ 75 5 .5 9mg/cm3 ,女性为 774.0 4mg/cm3～ 783 .5 9mg/cm3 ,女性高于男性 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :并非老年女性骨密度都低于男性 ,其骨密度还取决于骨面积和体积。为国内开展脊柱骨质疏松症研究及椎体 pObjective:to study bone mineral content,bone density,cross-sectional area and cortical thick form T 3 to L 5 vertebral bodies.Methods:600 vertebral bodies(40 senior cadavers) were measured by peripheral quantitative CT for total bone mineral content,total bone density,trabecular bone mineral contet,trabecular bone density,subcortical bone mineral contemtn,subcortical bone density,cortical bone mineral content,cortical bone density,total vertebral cross-sectional area,trabecular bone cross-sectional area,subcortical bone cross-sectional area,cortical bone cross-sectional area and cortical thick.Results:From T 3 to L 5vertebral bodies,the total bone density of man and woman are 199.93mg/cm 3-206.mg/cm 3and 178.38mg/cm 3-182.52mg/cm 3 respectively.The male density is higher than female density.the difference is statistically significant.The trabecular bone density of man and woman are 129.01mg/cm 3-132.24mg/cm 3and 126.64mg/cm 3-129.62mg/cm 3respe ctively.The male density corresponds to the female density( P >0.05).The subcortical bone density of man and woman are 452.32mg/cm 3-461.94mg/cm 3and 455.00mg/cm 3-463.72mg/cm 3respectively.There are almost same numerical value between man and woman( P >0.05).The cortical bone density of man and woman are 744.28mg/cm 3-755mg/cm 3and 774.04mg/cm 3-783.59mg/cm 3respectively.The female density is higher than male density.The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The senior female bone density is not lower than senior man,because the bone density was also depended on bone area and volume.This research provides with reference data for the study of osteoporosis and the measurements of vertebral pQCT in our country.
