摘  要:中国科学院陕西天文台和俄罗斯东西伯利亚物理技术和无线电测量研究所之间所进行光电等高仪I型的国际合作持续了 5年 ,共完成 3个纲要的观测。根据这些观测资料 ,编算出包括 81 7颗星的无赤纬盲区的等高仪星表和 2 4颗射电星的星表。在此对不同的系统差进行了分析。An international cooperation on the Photoelectric Astrolabe Mark I(PHA I)between Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory(CSAO)and East Siberian Research Institute for Physics Technical and Radio Engineering Measurements(VS NIIFTRI) started to make observations in Irkutsk,Russia on Nov.3,1995. The main purpose of the cooperation focuses on star catalogue and Earth rotation measurements.By the end of May,2000,three observing programs had been completed,obtaining the data of 2763 grops observed in 777 clear nights.Based on these data,an astrolabe catalogue has been compiled,which is freed of any blind zone in declination determination(which usually exists for almost all the other astrolabe catalogues).The catalogue contatins positions of 817 stars and 24 radio stars with averaging precision of±2.1ms in right ascension and ±0.029″ in declination. Some systimatic errors have been analysed.
