摘 要:研究铜锌尾矿对熟料煅烧和水泥性能的影响。研究结果表明 :当铜锌尾矿代替粘土的量为 4 0~ 60 % ,且萤石掺量为 1%时 ,水泥 3d、7d和 2 8d抗压强度分别比单掺萤石时提高 4 5 %、8 8%和 7.1% ,同时熟料易烧性明显改善 ,f-CaO含量显著降低 ,说明铜锌尾矿是一种良好的熟料煅烧矿化剂。结合SEM和XRD等现代测试技术 。The influence of copper and zinc tailings on burning and properties of silicate cement was study. The experiments showed that the compressive strength of the cement at 3,7 and 28 day ages increased individually percent 4.5,8.8 and 7.1 than the cement made with fluorite as mineralizing agent, when the copper and zinc tailings substituted for the clay to percent 40~60 and the addition of fluorite was percent 1.At the same time,the clinker burnability was obviously improved and the f-CaO in the clinker was reduced.The above mentioned results indicated that the copper and zinc tailings was a excellent mineralizing agent of clink burning.By the means of SEM and XRD,the constitute and morphology of the clinker minerals were analyzed.
