摘  要:研究水泥熟料超细粉磨后的结构和性能变化 ,以及对掺加一定量超细矿渣和硅灰后水化系统的性能影响。测定了水泥浆体的物理力学性能 ,应用DTA、SEM、XRD分析了不同龄期硬化水泥浆体中水化产物及其微观结构 ,利用压汞测孔仪测定了硬化水泥浆体的孔结构参数。结果分析认为 :水泥熟料超细粉磨后 ,二水石膏已难以控制其凝结速度 ;系统中加入一定量的超细矿渣和硅灰后 ,硬化水泥浆体与骨料的界面层富集结晶Ca(OH) 2 的现象消失 。The variations of structure and performance of superfine cement clinker and the influences of slag and silica fume on its hydration system have been studied here.The physical and mechanical properties of cement pastes have been measured,and the hydrates and their microstructure of the hardened cement pastes in different curing stages have been analyzed by DTA、SEM、XRD.The pore structure parameters of the hardened cement pastes have been measured by Mercury porosimetry.The result indicates that after cement clinkers have been ground into superfine powder,the setting time of the hydration system is difficult to be controlled by gypsum;after a proper quantity of superfine slag and silica fume mixing into the system,the phenomena of the crystalline Ca(OH) 2-rich interfaces at the boundary between the hardened cement pastes and aggregate disappears and the setting time is normal.Meanwhile,the pore distribution of hardened cement pastes is more homogenous and finer than that of the previous one.
