摘　　要：“权力”问题是解决腐败、实现廉政的源头根本所在。权力的不正确运用容易产生腐败 ,廉政对权力有着重要的导向作用和感召力 ,廉政可以推动权力沿着健康轨道发展 ,树立人民权力观 。Power is the source of solving corruption and the basis of carrying out clean and honest government.It's subject to produce Corruption if power is used improperly.Honest and clean government plays an important role of guidance and inspirdtion to power.It is honest and clcan government that promotes power along a healthy road.Only if the viewpoint of the power given by people is set up,being incorruptible and self-descipline can be realized.
