塑料推力瓦在江都四站中的应用研究

摘　　要：为了在大型轴流泵站中使用一种新型轴瓦弹性金属塑料推力瓦 ,以替代巴氏合金推力瓦 ,解决巴氏合金推力瓦的烧瓦问题 ,江都四站利用机组检修之机 ,在 3台机组中用塑料推力瓦更换了易烧瓦的巴氏合金推力瓦 ,并进行试运行测试 ,找出了其中一台机组塑料推力瓦首次故障的原因 ,并成功解决了问题 ,且提出了使用塑料推力瓦应注意的问题。In order to use a new type of axle tile, elastic metallic plastic thrust tile, in large_sized axial flow pumping station as a substitute for babitt metal thrust tile and to solve the problem of tile burning of babitt metal thrust tile, plastic thrust tiles are used to substitute for babitt metal thrust tiles in 3 units of Jiangdu Pumping Station 4 taking the opportunity of unit overhauling. Through pilot run test, the reason of the first time breakdown of one unit among the 3 units using plastic thrust tile is found and the problem is solved and the points for attention in the use of plastic thrust tile are also proposed.
