摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法,测定琥乙红霉素的含量。方法:用C_8柱,含0.2％二乙胺的0.01mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(1mol/L磷酸调pH至4.5)—乙腈(1:1)为流动相,检测波长205nm。结果:进样量在10～200μg范围内与主峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率100.1％;重复进样RSD0.87％(n=5),主峰与红霉素峰分离度8.4。结论:本法用于测定琥乙红霉素含量专属性强,准确快速,能同时监测合成前体红霉素。Objective: Toestablished a HPLC method was for the assay of erythromycin ethylsuccinate.Method: The HPLC conditions were;C_8column,0.01mol/L sodium lauryl sulfate solution containing 0.2% diethylamine(adjusted pH to 4.5 with 1mol/L phosphoric acid)—acetonitrile(1:1)as mobile phase and 205nm as the detecting wavelength.Results:The standard curve was rectilinear within the injecting quantity range of 10～200μg(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 100.1%.The RSD for replications was 0.87%(n=5).The resolution between the main peak and the peak of erythromycin was 8.4.Conclusion: This is a specific,accurate and rapid method for the assay of erythromycin ethylsuccinate,by which the synthetic predecessor erythromycin can be determined at the same chromatography.
