摘　　要：江泽民“以德治国”理论具有鲜明的思维特色 ,主要表现为 :针对现实是其思维的切入点 ,德法兼治是其思维辩证性的集中体现 ,理论创新是其思维的新视角。深入学习和理解“以德治国”Jiang ZeMin's theory of 'running a country with morals' has its striking features which are characterized by giving a fresh look at social realities,putting stress on governing the country with laws and morals and, forming new perspectives in theoretical innovations.Thus,it's quite significant to make a through study and get a deep understanding of this theory.\;
