摘　　要：阐述了超声声速法检测柴油机蠕铁气缸盖蠕化质量的基本原理 ,蠕化率与声速的关系 ,并对影响声速的其他因素进行了分析 ,实现了用超声声速法对柴油机蠕化气缸盖蠕化质量进行快速检测。Expounded the basic principle using ultrasonic method to check and measure the vermicular graphite quality in diesel engine cylinder head made of vermicular graphite cast iron, and discussed the relation of vermicular graphite rate and ultrasonic velocity in medium, and analyzed the other factors to influence the ultrasonic velocity in medium realized it to check and measure the casting quality in the diesel engine cylinder head quickly to use the ultrasonic velocity method.
