摘　　要：根据《建筑法》、《建筑工程质量管理条例》和《建设工程监理规范》的有关规定,结合工程实例,对坚持报验制度,确保工程质量进行了论述,并就原材料(含构配件)、工序、转序和隐蔽工程验收三个环节的报验问题进行了论述。According to the regulations from Law of Construction, Management Rules of Construction Engineering Quality and the Supervising Administration of Construction Engineering and based on the practice discussion is made on persisting in the declare and check up system and guaranteeing the engineering quality.
