摘 要:利用计算机数值模拟方法系统地研究了铸铁水平连铸用矩形截面螺旋水道圆结晶器水冷套中水道结构尺寸和水流量对结晶器换热能力的影响。结果表明 :在等水压条件下 ,一定长度及直径的结晶器 ,其水道截面一定时 ,水道宽度是结晶器换热能力的控制因素 ;在其它条件相同时 ,水道截面积增加能有效地提高换热能力 ;水流量在很大范围内对结晶器换热能力有调节作用。针对铸铁凝固特点 ,提出铸铁水平连铸用圆结晶器冷却水道的设计原则。The influence of the structure and section size of water channel in the cooling jacket for the continuous casting of cast iron bars on the capacity of heat transfer was investigated systematically using the computer numerical simulation method. The results indicate that under the fixed iso water pressure and the water jacket with a certain length and diameter, the width of water channel was control factor of the capacity of heat transfer, when the section size of channel kept constant; and that if the other factors kept the same, the increase in section size would effectively raise the heat transfer capacity of the cooling jacket. The water flow can play a role in regulating the heat transfer capacity in a wide range. With an aim at the solidification character of cast iron, the reasonable design principle of water cooling jacket for the continuous casting of cast iron bars was proposed.
