摘　　要：阐述开发宝钢 3BF在用烧损冷却壁快速更换技术的必要性、可行性及设备方面的难点 。The necessity and feasibility for the development of rapid changing technique for 3BF overburning cooling stave,as well as the difficulties of the corresponding equipment,are described.The implementation plan of the technique is also discussed.
