摘　　要：PB反应器为树脂合成装置中关键设备之一 ,本文以壳体尺寸及形状偏差控制和表面抛光为两条主线 ,综合论述了PB反应器壳体制造工艺、主要关键技术及要求。详细地介绍了为保证这些要求而采取的工艺措施及整体组装经验。The PB Reactor is the one of the key equipments for synthetic resin set.The manufacture technology and the key process of PB reactors such as controlling dimension,shape & position deviations, inside surface polishing, etc.were described in this paper. The technical precautions & fit up experience to meet the technical requirements were also introduced.
