对我国私募基金的思考

摘　　要：目前 ,私募基金已成为我国证券市场的热点。由于其自身的特点 ,使之在我国的产生有其必然性。本文拟从以下四个方面对我国私募基金的有关问题做初步探讨 :一是私募基金及其运作优势 ;二是私募基金在我国产生的客观背景 ;三是私募基金的发展对证券市场的意义 ;Nowadays,private-collected fund has been the hotspot of China's security market. Owing to its peculiarities, it is an inevitability that private-collected fund comes into existence in China. In this article, the author discusses the related questions about private-collected fund from the following four aspects. The first one is the concept of private-collect fund and its advantages. The second one is the objective surroundings of its existence in China. The third one is that the development of private-collected fund has great significance for the security market. The last one is about the establishment pattern and system arrangement.
