入世后企业如何应对倾销与反倾销

摘　　要：近年来 ,我国企业在国际贸易中屡遭反倾销起诉。这种局面在入世后不会马上结束 ,而且 ,企业还有可能面临国外产品的倾销。为此 ,本文分析了我国企业屡遭反倾销起诉的原因及其危害 ,提出了企业在入世后应对倾销与反倾销的建议。Enterprises of China have been sued repeatedly for antidumping in international trade recently. It's not likely that the phenomenon will finish immediately and it's likely that the enterprises will be faced with dumping of foreign products after China's entry of WTO. For this reason, the article analyses the causes that China's enterprises have been sued repeatedly for antidumping , puts forword the suggestion that China's enterprises reply to the dumping and the antidumping after China's entry into WTO.
