摘　　要：以十五碳二酸为原料 ,经酯化、醇酮缩合反应合成了与麝香香气极相似的环十五酮 ,利用IR和1 HNMR对化合物结构进行了表征 ,讨论了反应时间和反应温度等对提取、酯化反应的影响。Exalton,the fragrance of which is extremely similar to musk, was synthesized using pentadecane diacid as the feed stock by esterification and acyloin condensation reaction. The structure of the compounds were identified by IR and 1 H NMR. The effects of reaction time and temperature on the extraction and esterification reactions are discussed .
