摘　　要：为加强城市固体废物污染防治 ,促进循环经济的发展 ,文章论述了国内外城市固体废物污染防治现状 ,天津市固体废弃物污染防治对策 ,“十五”In order to strengthen pollution prevention of city solid wastes and promotion a great advance in the circulatory economy,the present situation of pollution prevention of city solid wastes was expounded at home and abroad.The countermeasures against pollution prevention of solid waste in Tianjin were discussed.The ten engineerings of the pollution prevention of solid waste in Tianjin during the period of the tenth five-year plan of Tianjin were introduced in the paper.
