狗小关节自体移植的实验研究

摘　　要：利用杂种狗作动物实验。取前肢第三或第四蹠趾关节,游离后原位回植,定时取标本观察。术后12周骨愈合。术后2周出现成骨现象,24周重建基本完成。软骨关节面变薄、变性坏死及纤维化,但在72周,软骨面的形态仍大部分存在。Mongrel dogs were used in this experiment. The 3ed or 4th metacarpophalangeal joint of forelimb were dissected and reposited in original posision. Histologic study showed that the hone was healed in Ⅰ2 weeks postoperation. The osteogenesis was occured in 2 weeks postoperation and the remodeling of bone was completed in 24 weeks postoperation. It is demonstrated that the articular cartilage became thin, degenerative necrosis and fibrosis, but the shape of large part of the articular cartilage was preesented in 72 weeks postoperation.
