摘  要:制备了α 二乙氨基苯乙酮并在醋酸环境下将该化合物与苯基缩水甘油醚 (PGE)反应合成了以醋酸根为配对阴离子的、具有芳酮结构的光敏性季铵盐 (α PGE A) ,通过红外吸收光谱 ,核磁共振谱及热重分析对α PGE A紫外光辐照前后的结构进行了研究。红外光谱显示α PGE A经紫外辐照后 ,其羰基吸收峰显著增强 ,醋酸根离子吸收峰消失 ;核磁共振研究表明样品光照后可能生成叔胺及醋酸酯。α PGE A与环氧树脂复配后的热固化研究显示 ,经紫外光辐照后的样品热固化较易进行完全。表明α PGE A具有一定光产碱活性。A quaternary ammonium salt with aromatic ketonic structure was prepared through the reaction of α diethylamino acetophenone with phenyl glycidyl ether (PGE) in the presence of acetic acid. The resulted quaternary ammonium salt(α PGE A) and its UV irradiated sample were characterized with FTIR, NMR and TGA. It is shown that the quaternary ammonium salt with CH 3COO - as counter anion is obtained via the above mentioned reaction. As indicated by the FTIR spectra, the C=O absorption peak increase apparently while the absorption band for CH 3COO - anion disappeared after α PGE A is UV irradiated. 1H NMR and 13 C NMR spectra also suggest that the structure of α PGE A changes significantly while acetate and amine might have formed after UV irradiation. Investigation on the thermosetting of a mixture of an epoxy resin and α PGE A indicates that the UV irradiated sample can readily cure to greater extent than the unirradiated one. All these show that α PGE A has some photobase generating activity.
