摘 要:采用微波分散MgO的方法制备固体碱以替代脱硫醇反应中常用的液体碱 ,其耐水冲刷性有利于延长固体碱催化剂的寿命。使用甲醇和含表面活性剂助剂能明显提高催化剂的活性。采用吸光光度法监测反应体系 ,发现助剂的加入可以加大活性组分磺化酞菁钴 (CoPcS)在催化剂表 界面水相中的溶解度 ;而紫外光谱的研究进一步证实了甲醇可以防止CoPcS分子间的二聚 。A series of solid base, porous materials supported basic guest such as magnesia, have been prepared by microwave irradiation, in order to replace the caustic used in the sweetening process and to avoid the environment pollution When the sulfated cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPcS) is supported, these novel caustic free catalysts could promote the mercaptan oxidation reaction Those derived from MgO exhibited a much better activity and stability than the ones supported alkali compounds in the reaction, due to their specific feature of high water stability resulting from the trace solubility of magnesia On the other hand, the catalysts could display an obviously enhanced activity and stability in the reaction by introducing additives of methanol and the material containing surface active agent Based on the solubility of CoPcS in different solvent, methanol was inferred to extract the mercaptan from the organic phase into the aqueous phase on the surface of carrier, and improve the soluble ability of CoPcS in the aqueous phase As the result, the observed activity of catalysts is enhanced Furthermore, no formation of the known dimeric polymer species of CoPcS was observed in methanol by UV Visible spectroscopy technique, indicating the improvement of dispersion state of CoPcS in the catalyst by addition of methanol
