摘　　要：A series of bis(1,4 diacylthiosemicarbazide) compounds were synthesized in good yields by the condensation of dicarbonyl isothiocyanate 2 with benzoic hydrazide or dicarbonyl dihydrazide 5 with benzoic isothiocyanate 2′.And the intermediates 2,5 can be easily prepared from the original dicarboxyl acids.With two thiosemicarbazide side chains,these bis (1,4 diacylthiosemicarbazide) compounds may possess good biological activity.A series of bis(1,4 diacylthiosemicarbazide) compounds were synthesized in good yields by the condensation of dicarbonyl isothiocyanate 2 with benzoic hydrazide or dicarbonyl dihydrazide 5 with benzoic isothiocyanate 2′.And the intermediates 2,5 can be easily prepared from the original dicarboxyl acids.With two thiosemicarbazide side chains,these bis (1,4 diacylthiosemicarbazide) compounds may possess good biological activity.
