摘　　要：为提高勘探开发总体效益 ,胜利油田组织开展了分支井钻采配套技术的攻关 ,并进行了专用工具的研制开发工作。重点讨论了分支水平井工程设计、钻井工艺、定向回接、钻井液及塑性水泥固井等。通过 2口分支水平井的钻井实践 。To improve the overall benefits of exploration and development, research program on multi-lateral well drilling technology, as well as the R&D on the specialized tools has been carried out in Shengli Oilfield. The drilling engineering plan, steering drilling and MWD technology, directional tie-back and sidetracking, drilling fluid program and plastic cementing, etc., were focused and described in detail. Multi-lateral well drilling practices have been performed in 2 wells, and remarkable improvement on oil production has been noticed. Moreover, by drilling these two wells, a set of multi-lateral drilling technologies, which suit for the present drilling technology standard and equipment state in Shengli have been found.
