摘  要:浅层气井喷事故危害极大。胜利油田浅层气分布较广 ,浅层气井喷事故时有发生。总结了胜利油田浅层气井喷事故的 4个特点 ,分析了导致浅层气井喷 7种原因 ,从钻井设计、钻井工艺、固井工艺等方面详细介绍了胜利油田预防浅层气井喷技术。实践证明该防喷技术行之有效 。Shallow gas blowout is very dangerous and may cause serious damages, and preventing of it is a worldwide problem in drilling industry. As shallow gas reservoirs are widely distributed in Shengli oilfield, shallow gas blowout frequently takes place in this area. The four characteristics of shallow gas blowout in Shengli oilfield, as well as the seven causes were investigated, and a set of preventing measures have been applied accordingly, from the whole process of drilling engineering plan to field drilling operation and cementing. Field practices showed that these blowout preventing and controlling technologies are feasible, and can be carried out effectively in this area.
