摘　　要：介绍超高速纺丝 (HOY)的技术特点。HOY纺丝速度超过 60 0 0m/min ,对纺丝设备、工艺流程有较高的要求。由于HOY成形机理的特殊性 ,生产的纤维在伸长、强度、初始模量和沸水收缩率等物性指标方面与常规FDY有较大差异 ,因此后加工方面应根据纤维特点 ,扬长避短 ,开发出风格迥异的HOY织物。This paper introduces technological features of high oriented yarn (HOY),whose speed exceeds 6 000 m/min,and therefore has strict requirements for spinning equipment and process.Due to the particularities of HOY,the fibers produced have a great difference in physical properties such as elongation,strength,initial modulus and boiling-water contractibility rate,compared to conventional FDY. So,during post-processing,various HOY wovens with different style may be developed,taking the properties of fibers into consideration.
