双金属轧制翅片管高压空冷器在柴油加氢装置的首次应用

摘　　要：双金属轧制翅片管高压空冷器首次用于济南炼油厂柴油加氢装置。由于该空冷器结构设计先进、选材合理、质量可靠、冷却效果好 ,自 1996年 10月投用后 ,装置处理能力由 30 0kt/a扩至 4 0 0kt/a ,再扩至 6 0 0kt/a ,空冷器未做任何改动 ,一直平稳运行至今 。The bimetallic rolled finned tube high pressure air cooler is applied in first time on diesel hydrogenated unit of Jinan refinery.Owning to the advanced structure design,reasonable material selection,reliable quality and good cooling effect,since 1996,10.put into operation untill now,the treatment capacity of unit has been increased from 300kt/a to 400kt/a,and then increased again to 600kt/a.Although the air cooler has not been changed but the operation is still stable and is satisfied for the process requirement.
