摘　　要：针对目前单芯测井电缆一次最多仅能传输 3种参数 ,且全井动态参数的录取需分次分时取得 ,测井时效低等问题 ,研制成功JM 82 5多参数编码测井仪。这种测井仪以单片机技术为基础 ,对需传输的多参数信号实施数字编码传输 ,在抽油机不停抽的情况下 ,实现了单芯电缆一次下井同时传输 8种参数信号 ,基本实现了过环空数字化生产测井。现场应用表明 ,该仪器测试成功率达 90 %以上 ,单井测试最大下入深度 330 0m ,最高井温 110℃ ,单井测试最多 5层。它具有测试精度高、操作维护方便。JM825 multiparameter coded logging tool is a kind of produchon logging dev ice with diameter of 25nun,which can realize the coded data transndssion by mean s of single core cable. The tool can simultaneously measure various dynanilc pro duchon data such as temperature, fiow rate, water cut and density without wellshutdown, solving the Problem that the signal from previous small diameter mulhp arametor combination logging tool cannot be transndtted at one hme through singl e core cable. The key part of the tool is the telemetry cdridge specially dcsign ed for transndtting coded data. This article mainly presents the tool's configur ation, operating mechanism, specification and in-situ application, and elallorat es the tecbocal advantages and populedzation prospec in the field of thru-annul us production logging.
