前列腺结节超声显像与病理组织学的联系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨前列腺结节的超声显像与病理组织学的联系 ,提高超声诊断前列腺结节的准确性。方法 :分析 5 6例前列腺结节的声像图特征 ,并应用病理学方法对手术切除的标本进行处理观察。结果 :前列腺结节声像图 ,边界回声特征最为重要 ,是肿块良、恶性鉴别的关键。前列腺恶性结节表现为结节前、侧缘有不规则的强回声 ,与癌组织浸润有关。前列腺良性结节多表现为边界清晰光整 ,侧缘回声减弱 ,与结节包膜连续完整有关。结论Purpose To study the relationship between ultrasonic imaging and histopathology of prostatic nodes for the higher accuracy of the ultrasonic diagnosis of prostatic nodes.Methods An analysis was made on the characteristics of the ultrasonic images of the prostatic nodes in 56 patients, which were then histopathologically compared with the samples surgically removed from the patients.Results Malignant prostatic nodes were characterized by irregular strong echoes on the anterior and lateral sides of the nodes,indicating a relation to carcinomatous infiltration; while benign tumors were manifested as clear and smooth borders and weakened echoes on the lateral sides of the nodes, bearing a relationship to the intactness of the node envelope. Conclusion The characteristics of the border echoes are the key factors of distinguishing the malignant tumor of prostatic nodes from the benign one.
