摘　　要：目的 :探讨 MRI在颈脊髓鞭击综合征损伤程度鉴定中的作用。方法 :用 MRI对 8例颈脊髓鞭击综合征早期损伤程度进行了观察。结果 :MRI能较好的反映脊髓损伤程度 ,为法医鉴定提供了一定的客观指标。结论 :MRI在颈脊髓鞭击综合征损伤程度鉴定中 。Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in medicolegal expertise for acute whiplash injury syndrome of the cervical spinal cord.Methods The severity of acute whiplash injury syndrome was observed in 8 patients by MRI. Results MRI was effective to show the severity of whiplash injury, thus providing certain objective evidence for medicolegal expertise. Conclusion MRI is one of the reliable auxiliary measures that can reflect the severity and prognosis of whiplash injury syndrome.
