城市社区已婚育龄妇女生殖健康服务的调查

摘　　要：对1999年底天津市某社区427名已婚育龄妇女生殖健康服务质量进行专题问卷调查。结果表明:①73.3％的育龄妇女知道常用的3～5种避孕方法,但对避孕节育有关知识了解甚少,知识的主要来源依次为电视、书籍、广播和杂志,计划生育工作者和医务人员介绍的知识不足1/3(29.0％);②所有妇女均能获得避孕节育服务,超过80％的妇女能获得满意的服务,85％的妇女落实了避孕措施;③随访率低,节育技术随访率为23.9％,避孕药具使用随访率为40.4％,产后随访率为58.8％;④体检率为44.7％,孕检率为50.4％,产前检查率为96.4％;⑤咨询服务率为24.5％;⑥新婚教育率78.7％,孕产期教育率57.8％,育儿保健教育率55.5％,围更年期教育率27.3％。In order to evaluate the service on reproductive health of reproductive women in the community ,427 women aged20-49 years were investigated with the questionnaire in a street of Tianjin in late of 1999. The results showed;(1)More than 73. 3% of the women knew 3 -5 kinds of contraceptive methods,but a few women understood the knowledge concerning Family Planning methods. (2)All of the women received Family Planning services and over 80% of women were satisfied with them. (3)The follow - up rates in terms of sterilization, contraceptives and post - partum were 23. 9% ,40. 4% ,and 58. 8% , respectively. (4)The examination rates for physical examination, pregnancy checking and ante - partum checking were 44. 7% ,50. 4% and 96. 4% respectively. (5)The consulting service rate was 24. 5% ;(6)The education rates for the newly -married couples, pregnant women, infants'feed and health care and peri - menopose women were 78. 7% ,57. 8% ,55. 5% amd 27. 3% Respectively.
