摘 要:目的:探讨米非司酮对孕妇血清生殖激素的影响。方法:117例妊娠6~24周的孕妇,按孕周分成5组,两次顿服150mg米非司酮后24,48h各采集肘静脉血5ml,用放射免疫方法检测血清E_2、P、β-hCG、hPL、PRL水平。结果:服用米非司酮后E_2显著上升(P<0.001);P在6~7孕周组有下降趋势(P>0.05),余组呈上升趋势(P>0.05);β-hCG在早孕组呈上升趋势,中孕组无明显变化(P>0.05);hPL在各组均呈上升趋势(P>0.05);PRL各组均上升,在早孕组有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:早中孕妇女服用米非司酮后血清生殖激素水平受到影响,米非司酮对胎盘滋养层合体细胞的分泌功能无明显抑制作用。据此推测米非司酮的作用位点在蜕膜和黄体。Objective:Study the effect of mifepristone on the serum hormone levels. Methods; 117 pregnant women were divided into 5 groups according to the gestational age from 6 to 24 weeks. The changes of serum E2 .P.β-hCG. hPL. PRL levels were determined respectively by radioimmunoassay 24hs and 48hs after 150mg-mifepristone treatment. Results : After mifepristone treatment, the serum E2 Levels elevated significantly (P <0. 001) ;The serum P Levels declined in the group with gestational age from 6 to 7 weeks,while elevated in the other groups;The serum β-hCG levels elevated in the early pregnancies,but showed no change in the mid-trimester of pregnancies (P >0. 05) ;Both of the serum hPL and PRL levels elevated after mifepristone treatment. And they showed a significant difference in early pregnancies ( P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusion; Mifepristone can affect the serum hormone levels in early and mid-trimester pregnancies. But the secretion function of the placental trophocytes was not suppressed. It is supposed that the effect of Mifepristone is on the decidua and corpus luteum.
