摘 要:目的 观察银杏叶提取物 (ginkgobilobaextract,EGb 761)对失神经肌肉Na+ K+ ATP酶活性的影响。方法 选用SD大鼠 16只 ,按术后注射药物的不同随机分为银杏叶提取物组 (实验组 )和生理盐水组 (对照组 )。显露左侧坐骨神经 ,切断并切除 0 .5cm神经段。分别将神经远、近端反折后结扎。术后两组分别经腹腔注射EGb 761(10 0mg/kg-1·d-1)和同体积的生理盐水。术后 6周取左侧小腿三头肌 ,测定其Na+ K+ ATP酶活性。结果 实验组失神经肌肉Na+ K+ ATP酶的活性优于对照组 ,两者差异有显著性意义 (t =2 .5 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 银杏叶提取物能改善大鼠失神经骨骼肌Na+ K+ ATP酶的活性 。Objective To investigate the effect of extract of Ginkgo biloba(EGb 761) on Na + K + ATPase activity of denervated muscle following sciatic nerve injury in rat. Methods 16 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: EGb 761 group(experimental group) and normal saline group(control group).The sciatic nerve at the left side was transected , 0.5 cm of which was resected. The proximal and distal part of the nerve was folded , then ligated. EGb 761 injection(100 mg/kg -1 ·d -1 pi)via abdominal cavity in the experimental group and normal saline of the same volume for control group.Triceps muscles of the left calf were harvested at week 6. Measurement of Na + K + ATPase activity was conducted. Results Compared with control group, Na + K + ATPase bioactivity in experimental group was superior to that in the control group. There was statistically significant significance between two groups.Conclusions Extract of Ginkgo biloba(EGb 761) can improve the Na + K + ATPase activity of denervated muscles at rats, which suggested it has certain protective effect on denervated muscle atrophy.
