摘　　要：在医疗保健领域也存在着资源配置的问题,但仅仅依靠市场手段进行配置是具有局限性的,对此,文章就医疗保健市场的特殊性进行了分析,以说明政府有必要对这一市场进行适当的干预。同时,作者在文中表达了这样的观点: 医疗保健市场作为医疗保险市场的上游,若是其本身的问题未处理好,试图通过医疗保险来控制日益上涨的医疗费用是不可能的。The problem of resource allocation exists in the field of medical care as well as in the otherfields. Relying on market regulation merely to allocate the resource has its limitation. The special natureof the medical care market is analyzed to indicate that it is necessary to intervene in the market by thegovernment. The author presents that the market of medical care is the upper reaches of healthinsurance, but the problems existing in the medical care market cannot be handled well, it, s impossibleto control the medical cost through health insurance.
