摘  要:目的 :探讨中药胆宁片预防胆固醇结石形成的作用机制。方法 :建立胆汁成核因子 (33.5kDa泡蛋白 )ELISA快速检测法。监测正常人群组、胆固醇及胆色素结石组患者血清及胆汁中 33.5kDa泡蛋白浓度。将另一组胆固醇结石患者 (n =4 5 )按随机序贯原则分为胆宁片治疗组、胆酸钠治疗组及对照组。观察药物对 33.5kDa泡蛋白浓度的影响。结果 :胆固醇结石患者血清及胆汁中 33.5kDa泡蛋白含量显著高于正常人群和胆色素结石组。胆宁片治疗 2w后 ,血清及胆汁中 33.5kDa泡蛋白明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胆宁片能降低血清和胆汁中的成核因子 (33.5kDa泡蛋白 )的含量 ,改变了胆汁中胆固醇的成石趋势。Objective:To study the mechanism of Danning tablet in the prevention of the cholesterol lithogenesis.Methods:A rapid detecting method of pro nucleating factor of 33.5 kDa vesicular protein was established. To detect the concentration of vesicular protein in serum and bile of the normal group,cholesterol gallstone group and pigmental gallstone group. Another group of cholesterol gallstone patients(n=45) was divided randomly as Danning medicated group,sodium cholate group and control group,and the changes of vesicular protein in serum and bile were observed by ELISA Kit.Results:The concentration of 33.5 kDa vesicular protein in serum and bile in cholesterol gallstone patients were significantly higher than that in pigmental gallstone and normal groups. Danning tablet can reduce the 33.5 kDa vesicular protein in serum and bile,which was not found in the other two groups.Conclusion:'Danning' tablet can reduce the pro nucleating factor of 33.5 kDa vesicular protein in serum and bile.
