皮肤鳞癌中端粒酶hTRT的表达

摘　　要：用免疫组化 (LSAB)法检测皮肤鳞状细胞癌中端粒酶hTRT的表达特征 ,探讨hTRT在肿瘤中的可能作用。结果显示 6 8例肿瘤中hTRT表达率为 75 % (5 1/ 6 8) ,显著高于癌旁相对正常皮肤 15 .38% (4 / 2 6 )。在鳞状细胞癌的不同分化中hTRT表达率无显著差异。发现 3种hTRT表达模式 :膜型、核型和浆型。鳞状细胞癌中以膜型为主 ,阳性细胞多分布在癌巢周围 ;提示在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中常见hTRT表达。hTRT在肿瘤中呈异质性分布。In order to investigate human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTRT) gene activity in skin squamous cell carcinoma and it's possible role in the tumors. The expression of hTRT in the 68 cases of skin squamous cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry technique was investigated. Our results showed that 68 cases samples of squamous cell carcinoma were 75%(51 out of 68) exhibited hTRT, Which was significantly higher than that in the normal skin 15.38%(4 out of 26).In this study three types of hTRT distribution patterns were found, they were membrance type, Nuclear type, and cytoplasmic type. Membrance type major in squamous cell carcinoma, positive cells distributed surrounded carcinoma nest; This suggested that telomerase activation was regarded as a frequence event in skin squamous cell carcinoma. In tumors hTRT distribution showed heterogeneity.
