摘 要:研究了 BN— 2对小麦花药培养效率的影响。结果表明 ,在诱导培养中添加 BN— 2可明显缩短出愈时间 3~ 7d,提高花药愈伤组织诱导率。 BN— 2在低浓度 1 .0~ 5 .0 μg/L对愈伤组织诱导起促进作用 ,而当浓度升到 1 0 .0 μg/L时 ,则有抑制愈伤组织形成的趋势。BN— 2与 KT配合使用对绿苗的分化及产量效果更好 ,适宜的浓度配比为 KT 0 .5 mg/L+BN— 2 1 .0μg/L,绿苗率和绿苗产量分别较对照提高 40 .6%和 46.1 %。The plant growth regulator BN-2 was spplied in the induction media to study its effect on wheat anther culture. The results showed that the time of callus induction was shorten and the callus induction frequency was promoted by BN-2 in a range from 1.0 to 5.0 μg/L; When the concentration was increased to 10.0 μg/L, the reduction in callus induction frequency was observed. Percentage of green plantlets and green plantlet yield were promoted by combining KT with BN-2. The suitable concentration was KT 0.5 mg/L+BN-2 1.0 μg/L. Percentage of green plantlets and green plantlet yield exceeded respectively CK 40.6% and 46.1%.
