摘　　要：城市农业有着不同于乡镇农业的资源基础和功能要求 ,发展城市农业的关键在于城市农业与非农活动之间在资源利用与功能目标上的协调。本文从文化、法律、技术、区域四个方面 ,阐述了协调城市农业与城市非农活动的机制 ,以充分合理地利用城市中各类农业资源 。Urban agriculture has its own unique resource basis and function requirements.The key factor to develop urban agriculture is to harmonize urban agricultural and nonagricultural activities in resource utilization and function design.This paper has illustrated cultural,legal,technical and district harmonizing mechanisms,so as to let urban agriculture make best use of urban resource,and meet the demand of the city.
