摘 要:介绍德国Boxberg电厂投运的1台由西门子公司制造的907MW超临界汽轮机的特点。这种汽轮机采用许多新技术和改进措施,如应用计算流体动力学方法优化流体流道和改善内缸动静部件之间的密封方式,减小叶根、叶顶的径向间隙,降低漏汽损失;采用3DS叶片提高效率;高压外缸使用桶形结构,以消除不对称热变形等。上述措施使Boxberg电厂900MW级燃褐煤超临界汽轮机组的发电毛效率达到48.5%(净效率为42%)。This article mainly introduces the main features of the supercritical steam turbine, which has been installed inGermany Boxberg Power Plant and supplied by Siemens Power Generation Group. Because many new improvement mea-sures and techniques have been adopted for this steam turbine, for instance, adopted computational fluid dynamics methodsto improve the flow passage of steam turbine, improved the seal methods between moving parts and stationary parts in innercasing, reduced blade root and tip radical clearance in order to decrease the steam leakage, developed new 3DS blades, usedthe barrel type outer casing for high pressure turbine and so on. All above made the gross power generation effciency up to48.5% (net efficiency is above 42%). It sets up a new efficiency record in lignite-fired power plant all over the world. Hopethis introduction can provide some helpful information for power producers and steam turbine producers in China.
