浅谈水电厂的状态检修

摘　　要：过去我国水电厂的设备检修基本上实行的是计划性检修。随着制造工业的发展、科技的进步和电网结构的加强 ,目前正在探索“状态检修” ,即在设备状态评价的基础上 ,以设备的状态为依据 ,根据分析诊断结果 ,安排检修时间和项目 ,以达到确保安全、提高经济效益的目的。近几年来 ,部分电厂和电力局已进行了初步的实践。状态检修必须在确保设备安全、循序渐进、因地制宜的基础上进行 ,采取常规离线监测与在线监测相结合 ,并建立相应的考核机制 ,做好前期基础工作。通过努力 ,状态检修将成为现实。In the past, the equipment check of the hydropower stations in China is basically implemented in a planned way. With the development of manufacturing industry, the progress of sciences and technology, and the strengthening of power network structure, a new check method, that is, the situation check, is explored. On the basis of situation assessment of equipment, it takes the situation of equipment and the analysis and diagnosis results as basis to arrange the check times and items, in order to realize the aims of ensuring the safety and raising economic benefits. In recent years, the preliminary practice has been carried out in some power plants and power bureaus. The situation check should be made on the basis of ensuring the safety of equipment and adopting the ways of following in order and advancing step by step, and considering the local conditions. It also can combine the traditional off-line monitoring with the on-line monitoring, set up the corresponding examination mechanism, and do well the antecedent preparation work. With the concerted effort, the situation check can be realized.
