摘  要:根据亲代产蛋性能,将10个家系320个13日龄的鸭胚分成Ⅰ和Ⅱ两组,进行活组织培养,测定培养液中的碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)的活性。结果:AKP活性与其亲代产蛋指数、半同胞姐妹鸭的开产日龄和500日龄产蛋数有密切相关,其相关系数分别为0.8736、-0.6616和0.7954;GOT活性与上述性能的相关系数分别为-0.7737、0.4331和-0.9024。AKP活性高、GOT活性低的Ⅰ组比AKP活性低、GOT活性高的Ⅱ组,其半同胞姐妹鸭开产日龄提早18.8天(P<0.01);500日龄产蛋数多21.8个(P<0.05)。AKP和GOT活性的遗传力分别为0.7993和0.3410,它们间的关系为负相关,相关系数为-0.8641。根据鸭胚组织培养液中的AKP和GOT的活性,对蛋鸭进行早期选种,比常规选种法可提早半年。The 320 13-day-old duck embryoes from ten male families were assigned to groups of Ⅰ and Ⅱ based on the laying performance of their parents. The determination of activities of the alkallin phosphatase (AKP) and the glutamate-oxaloacetate tranaminase ( GOT ) were carried out in embryo tissue cultures of the Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups. The results showed .there were correlations between the AKP activity and the laying performance index of the parents, the age of first laying in half sibs, the laying number of the half sibs of 500-day-old ducks.The correlation coefficients were 0.8736, -0.6616 and 0.7954, respectively. The correlation coefficients between the GOT and those three kind of traits were -0.7737, 0.4331 and -0.9024, respectively. The age of first laying in half sibs for Ⅰ group with high AKP and low GOT activity was 18.8 days earlier than that for the Ⅱ group with low AKP and high GOT activity ( P<0.01 ) . The egg number of the half sibs of 500-day-old ducks increased by 21.8 ( P<0.05 ) . The heritabilities of the AKP and GOT activity were 0.7993 and 0.3410, respectively. There was a negative correlation between the AKP and the GOT activity ( r = 0.8641 ). Early selection of egg-laying duck could be practised by the AKP and GOT activity test.It can be a half year earlier than that by the routine methods of selection.
