摘　　要：为了探讨建立长江堤防自动化监测和安全预警系统技术 ,以武汉市谌家矶地区堤防为试验基地 ,研制开发了分布式监测预警系统 .本文对该系统的结构、量测仪器、通讯方式、安全评价模型、系统软件及实现的功能等作了介绍 。A distributed mode safety monitoring and alert system is developed and estabilished in the Chenjiaji river section of Yangtze River.The structure,measuring device,model for safety assessment,system software and the main functions of the system are introduced.The method and its principle for automatic monitoring and alert are illustrated in detailed.
