摘　　要：由于环境、能源需求与供给矛盾突出等原因,20世纪90年代以来,电动汽车再次成为全球汽车工业关注的焦点。电动汽车是国际公认的21世纪“绿色清洁”交通工具,是未来汽车发展的主流。世界汽车工业发达国家已纷纷投入巨资进行电动汽车的研究、开发,并取得了阶段性成果,其中以美国和日本更为突出。我国汽车工业应从战略的角度出发,抓住机遇,加快电动汽车的产业化步伐,以实现我国汽车工业的跨越式发展。Due to causes of environment, energy demand and supply, etc. and since 90's in 20th century, the global automotive industry is focusing again on the electric vehicles. The electric vehicles are the 'green and clean' traffic tools in the 21st century recognized by international societies and are the main stream in future automotive development. The advanced automotive industry countries in the world have invested hugely for research and development of electric motor vehicles and obtained a periodic achievement, specially for America and Japan. The automotive industry in our country should start from the strategic point of view, grasp the opportunity to speed up the industrialization of electric motor vehicles and realize the leap forward development of China automotive industry.
