摘  要:以工业γ- Al2 O3为载体 ,加入 F作为酸性助剂 ,负载金属组分 W、Mo和 Ni,制成 WMo Ni/Al2 O3润滑油加氢脱氮催化剂。以大庆油 1 50 BS为原料 ,在小型实验装置上对该催化剂的加氢脱氮性能进行了考察。实验结果表明 ,在工业加氢精制条件下 ,精制油氮含量为 3~ 6μg/g,加氢脱氮率为 99.3%~ 99.6% 。A new hydrodenitrogenation catalyst comprising tungsten, molybdenum and nickel components supported onγ Al 2O 3 modified with NH 4F was prepared. The feedstock of 150BS was hydrotreated with this catalyst. The hydrodenitrogenating properties of the catalysts for lube oil were mainly investigated. Experimental results showed that the nitrogen content of the hydrotreated oil was in the range of 3 to 6μg/g, and the nitrogen removal degree was in the range of 99.3% to 99.6% under commercial hydrotreating conditions, which indicated that a good hydrodenitrogenation result was achieved.
