摘  要:采用(氨+空气)-水这一典型的气膜控制传质体系,研究了旋转床(RPB)中填料内支撑对气膜控制传质过程的影响.实验结果表明:随着转速的增加,旋转床传质系数值提高;随着液量的增加,旋转床传质系数值降低.与无内支撑时情况相比,有内支撑时的传质效果变差.在40%~100%开孔率范围内,随着开孔率的增加,传质系数值缓慢升高,而内支撑在填料中安置位置对传质无明显影响.In the new type of mass transfer equipment rotating packen bed(RPB), the inner packing support is usually used to prevent the displacement or anamophosis of the wire gauze or dumped packing. The inner packing support certainly will have influence on the mass transfer process in the RPB, however this influence haven抰 been studied and reported so far. But this kind study may be significant because it may offer very helpful information for the industrialization of RPB. A typical gas-film controlled mass transfer process——absorption of NH in air by water in a RPB was carried out for the study of the influence of inner packing support in RPB, from which the following conclusions were drawn: (1) Inner packing support leads to mostly negative effect on volumetric mass transfer coefficient (Kya) . In the range of 45~100% support porosity, Kya decreases with the decrease of support porosity. (2) The radial location of the inner support has no obvious effect on Kya. The following conclusions are valid for the operation of RPB whether there is inner support or not: (3) Rotating speed, independent of inner support in RPB, has remarkable effect on Kya, while liquid flow rate has little effect. (4) Under constant rotating speed, Kya , decreases slightly with the increase of liquid flow rate. (5) Kya, increases rapidly with the increase of rotating speed within the range of 50~400rmin-1. The increase becomes slower when rotating speed is over 400rmin-1.
