摘  要:提出了以滤纸为基质的环丙沙星、氟罗沙星、洛美沙星和氧氟沙星 4种喹诺酮类药物的滤纸基质室温 光 (PS RTP)分析的新方法。方法取样量少 (1.5 μL)。其线性动力学范围依次为 0 .11~ 5 5 .2、0 .35~ 2 11、2 .10~ 5 2 6、1.0 3~ 4 11(ng/斑点 ) ;灵敏度高 ,其检出限分别为 0 .0 82、0 .0 70、0 .0 80、0 .12 3(ng/斑点 ) ;标准回收率在 97.70 %~ 10 2 .2 %之间。相对标准偏差RSD <1.8%。A paper substrate room temperature phosphorimetric (PS RTP) method for the determination of four quinolones using China made filter paper as solid substrate was proposed. These quinolones are ciprofloxacin, fleroxacin, lomefloxacin, ofloxacin. Various factors affecting the PS RTP intensity of quinolones, including pH condition, heavy atom, drying time etc, were studied in detail. The experimental result showed that PS RTP intensity of these quinolones (except ofloxacin) in acidic solution (pH 1.6)is stronger than in other conditions. In the determination, four quinolones have wider dynamic ranges and lower limit of detection and relatively smaller standard deviation. The method is fast, lower cost. It has been used for the determination of four quinolones in urine successfully. The recovery of standard addition is 97.7%~102.2%.
